Bitcoin - a digital currency that works out to be something like 1 bitcoin = US$7.50.
“One of Bitcoin’s features is that it is completely decentralized, and so is theoretically immune to censorship or restraint. It doesn’t require the use of a bank or payment-handling system like PayPal (which is blocking Bitcoin payments, coincidentally enough).”
Pretty neat, considering it’s free from banks and conventional monetary regulation. Its value is created in part by supply and demand and generated by a computer in a process called bitcoin mining.
so here’s the real question: how do we farm it? :3
